How to lose weight

1.Drink Water

Drink around 8-10 glasses of water daily.
This will keep your body hydrated and help your kidneys function better

2.Eat five times a day

Eat five times a day,but eat less.
Your breakfast can be heavy but go for a light dinner

3.Use Weights

Exercise is very very important.Join a good gym and work with weights.

4.Use smaller plates in dark colours

The hotel industry has changed the way we look at food. Today a regular burger can feed an elephant. Well, almost! Check your portions the next time you dine out. You don't need to finish every morsel.
